Standard Shipping (Next Day Delivery 1-3 business days*)
www.th.dreamethailand.com offers standard delivery within 1-3 business days, depending on the service area**. There is an additional delivery charge for orders under 3,000 baht.

**Shipping fees may be adjusted as appropriate or during promotional periods. Customers can check the shipping fees on the Review Order page before the payment process.

Terms and Conditions for Standard Delivery
- If the customer places an order and completes payment by 1:00 PM on the same day, the product will be prepared and delivered to the customer as quickly as possible, within 1-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- For each product order, customers may receive the product at different times and in different quantities according to the product list. The company will deliver the product to customers as quickly and completely as possible, in accordance with the company's service standards.
- Delivery of goods to customers may sometimes be affected by delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political impacts, which result in delivery delays exceeding 5 business days. The company will coordinate with private shipping companies to resolve the issue so that customers receive their goods as quickly as possible.
- When the customer receives notification of delivery from BNN Online, the product will be delivered to the destination delivery address as specified by the customer during the product ordering process only. We reserve the right to change the delivery address when the product is being delivered by a private shipping company.
- Customers can check the delivery status at Order History.
Customers can check the status of their delivery through the private shipping company's service system by entering the shipping code (Tracking Number) shown in the customer's order information list as follows:

- DHL Express International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. can check the status of your shipment at www.logistics.dhl.
- SCG Express Company (SCG Express) can check the status of products at www.scgexpress.co.th
- Skootar Beyond Co., Ltd. (Skootar) checks the status of transportation via mobile application.
- Lalamove EasyVan (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Lalamove Thailand) checks the delivery status via mobile application.
- The company reserves the right to cancel or change the terms and conditions of delivery without prior notice.

Cash on delivery (COD)

important: Upon receiving the package, please take a video clip of unpacking and inspecting the product. This will be used as evidence when requesting a claim or return the product in case of damaged, broken, wrong model, or incomplete product. If there is no evidence, all claims will be rejected.
