  1. In the case of payment by credit card, either in full or in installments, the company will refund the product price back to the credit card account used to purchase the product within 15-30 days. (We reserve the right to require that the name on the credit card information match the name on the website of the purchaser.)
  2. In the case of payment via bank counter, counter service, bank account deduction, cash on delivery, or ATM, the company will refund the product price to the bank account that the customer has specified in the product return request menu within 15-30 days from the date the company receives all required documents.*

Attached documents for refund in case of cash

  1. (General customers/individuals)
    1. A copy of your ID card, signed to certify that the copy is correct and stating "For use only in requesting a refund from Dreame Online"
    2. Copy of bank account page (Book bank)
    3. Transfer slip/proof of payment
  2. (Corporate customers)
    1. Copy of the company certificate and Por.Por.20
    2. A copy of the company's bank account page
    3. Copy of proof/payment slip
