  1. For purchases paid by credit card, either in full or by installment, the company will refund the product value to the credit card account used by the customer for the purchase within 15 – 30 days. (The company reserves the right that the name on the credit card must match the name of the purchaser on the website only.)
  2. For purchases paid via bank counter, service counter, bank account debit, cash on delivery, or ATM, the company will refund the product value to the bank account provided by the customer in the return request menu within 15-30 days from the date the company receives all required documents*.

Required Documents for Cash Refunds

  1. (General Customers/Individuals)
    1. Copy of ID card, signed to certify true copy, with the statement "For refund from Dreame Online only"
    2. Copy of bank account passbook
    3. Money transfer slip/proof of payment
  2. (Corporate Customers)
    1. Copy of company registration certificate and Phor Por 20 (VAT registration)
    2. Copy of the company's bank account passbook
    3. Copy of proof/slip of payment
