1. For credit card payments, whether full payment or installment, the Company will refund the product value to the credit card account used by the customer for the purchase within 15 – 30 days (the Company reserves the right that the name on the credit card must match the name of the product purchaser on the website).

For payments made via bank counters, service counters, bank transfers, cash on delivery, or ATMs, the Company will refund the product value to the bank account specified by the customer in the product return request menu within 15 - 30 days from the date the Company receives all required documents*.

www.dreame.th offers standard delivery services within 1-3 business days, depending on the service area**. Additional shipping fees apply if the order total is less than 3,000 Baht.

Standard Delivery Service Conditions
- If the customer places an order and completes payment by 1:00 PM on the same day, the product will be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible to the customer within 1 – 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- For each order, customers may receive products at different times and in separate packages depending on the items. The company will process the delivery to ensure customers receive their products quickly and completely, in accordance with the company's service standards.
- Product delivery to customers may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political impacts, resulting in delays exceeding 5 business days. The company will coordinate with private shipping companies to resolve issues and ensure customers receive their products as soon as possible.
- When the customer receives a delivery notification from BNN Online, the product will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer during the order placement process only. The company reserves the right to change the delivery address once the product is being shipped by a private shipping company.
- Customers can check the delivery status in their Order History. Customers can check the delivery status through the service system of private shipping companies by entering the tracking number displayed in their order information, as follows:
