SHD Technology Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), owner of the website www.dreame.th, places the utmost importance on protecting your personal information. If the information on your account page does not reflect your current information, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order or other delays in our services. minor For those who are minors under Thai law, you must obtain consent and approval from your parent or guardian before applying for membership with the Company. If a minor has already applied for membership with the Company, the Company will assume that you have received consent and approval from your parent or guardian. You agree and accept that the Company will not be liable in any way to you and any related persons if you do not obtain consent and approval from your parent or guardian before applying for membership.

1. In the case of paying for products via credit card, either in full or in installments, the company will refund the product price back to the credit card account used to purchase the product within 15-30 days. www.dreame.th offers standard delivery within 1-3 business days, depending on the service area**. There is an additional delivery charge for orders under 3,000 baht.

 Terms and Conditions for Standard Delivery
 
- If the customer places an order and completes payment by 1:00 PM on the same day, the product will be prepared and delivered to the customer as quickly as possible, within 1-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
 
- For each product order, customers may receive the product at different times and in different quantities according to the product list. The company will deliver the product to customers as quickly and completely as possible, in accordance with the company's service standards.
 
- Delivery of goods to customers may sometimes be affected by delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political impacts, which result in delivery delays exceeding 5 business days. The company will coordinate with private shipping companies to resolve the issue so that customers receive their goods as quickly as possible.
 
- When the customer receives notification of delivery from BNN Online, the product will be delivered to the destination delivery address as specified by the customer during the product ordering process only. We reserve the right to change the delivery address when the product is being delivered by a private shipping company.

Important: Upon receiving the package, please take a video clip of opening the box and inspecting the product. This will be used as evidence for claiming or returning the product in case of damaged, broken, wrong model, or incomplete product.
