Warranty conditions

1. 100% authentic product with 2-year warranty from Thai service center. *Warranty conditions: In some cases, additional costs may apply.
2. In the event that you order the wrong model or color, the shop reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns. Please check carefully before pressing the order button.
3. In the event that the device has defects / broken screen / dents / cracks, you must notify us within 24 hours ** along with photos and videos of the unpacking of the product ** If there is no evidence or information as stated above, the store reserves the right to claim the product / replace it with a new one in all cases.
4. In the event that the address is entered incorrectly, the shop cannot correct it. The customer must cancel and re-order the product.
5. The buyer must show the order details and the product SN number. If the information is incomplete, the shop reserves the right to consider the product warranty as terminated. **This product warranty does not include peripherals or other freebies that come in the box, such as charging cables that come in the box of various plug models.
6. The product warranty does not cover free gifts. During the warranty period, you must pay for the shipping yourself.
7. Product conditions that are damaged by the user, such as broken, dented, burnt, water stains, rust stains, etc., are considered to be out of warranty.
8. We do not accept exchanges or returns of products that are caused by improper use or ordering errors by the customer, in any case.
