You can access and edit your information at any time. If you provide information about another person, the Company will assume that you have received permission from that person. Refunds, Returns

In the case of payment by credit card, either in full or in installments, the company will refund the product price back to the credit card account used to purchase the product within 15-30 days. (We reserve the right to require that the name on the credit card information match the name on the website of the purchaser.)
In the case of payment via bank counter, counter service, bank account deduction, cash on delivery, or ATM, the company will refund the product price to the bank account that the customer has specified in the product return request menu within 15-30 days from the date the company receives all required documents.*

Shipping goods

Standard Shipping (Next Day Delivery 1-3 business days*)

th.dreametech.com offers standard delivery within 1-3 business days, depending on the service area**. There is an additional delivery charge for orders under 3,000 baht.

**Shipping fees may be adjusted as appropriate or during promotional periods. Customers can check the shipping fees on the Review Order page before the payment process.

Terms and Conditions for Standard Delivery

If the customer places an order and completes payment by 1:00 PM on the same day, the product will be prepared and delivered to the customer as quickly as possible, within 1-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
For each product order, customers may receive the product at different times and different numbers of boxes according to the product list. The company will deliver the product to customers as quickly and completely as possible according to the company's service standards.
Delivery of goods to customers may sometimes be affected by delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political impacts, which may result in delivery delays exceeding 5 business days. The company will coordinate with private shipping companies to resolve the issue so that customers receive their goods as quickly as possible.
When the customer receives notification of delivery from BNN Online, the product will be delivered to the destination delivery address as specified by the customer during the ordering process only. We reserve the right to change the delivery address when the product is being delivered by a private shipping company.

Customers can check the status of their delivery through the private shipping company's service system by entering the shipping code (Tracking Number) shown in the customer's order information list as follows:

Cash on delivery (COD)

Bangkok area, delivery time 1 - 3 business days, order amount not exceeding 30,000 baht, free service fee when order amount exceeds 3,000 baht.
Provinces: 2 - 4 business days, orders not exceeding 30,000 baht. Free delivery when orders exceed 3,000 baht.

** For home delivery service with cash on delivery (cash only), this service may be available for some products only.**

Upon receiving the package, please take a video clip of unpacking and inspecting the product. This will be used as evidence when requesting a claim or return the product in case of damaged, broken, wrong model, or incomplete product. If there is no evidence, all claims will be rejected.

Product Warranty Policy

Note : *Product warranty Life Time (LT) which will guarantee the product for the entire period of use until the product stops being produced by the manufacturer (End of Life :EOL).
