1. 0.39 inch (10mm): According to the test results in Dreame Lab, the lifting height is defined as the distance between the top brush hair and the ground after lifting the side brush.
2. 0.4 inches (10.5 mm): The height of the robot vacuum cleaner differs by 10.5 mm before and after lifting the mop for carpets with pile longer than 3 mm. We recommend that you set your robot vacuum to avoid medium and long-pile carpets via the Dreamehome app and protect your carpets from getting wet.
